What do I need to get started?
First and foremost, let us know what kind of artwork that you need so that we can really get started. We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PNG, PDF) for maximum quality with high resolution and 300 DPI minimum. If this isn’t possible - don’t worry! We can still help, but we have to admit that it may affect overall quality.
If you have any questions whether it comes to your design, converting files, or other questions, don’t hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.
What is DTG (direct-to-garment)?
Direct to garment utilizes inkjet technology to spray the ink directly on garments. The technology has existed since 1996, and the industry is continually growing.
What is the turnaround time?
If you have a DTG or embroidery order, and we have the item in stock: there’s a good chance that we can have your order printed within 24-48 hours. We can often order what isn’t in the shop by the next day. For your screenprinting needs, please allow a turnaround time of 10-14 days.
What are the setup fees?
For full colors no minimum: There are no setup fees.
Embroidery: We charge by area size for embroidery, but not by design.
Screen printing: Contact us, because the setup fees depend on the amount of colors.
What is the minimum order?
We currently don’t have an overall “minimum order” requirement. However, for screen printing; we do have a 24-shirt minimum.
Do you do numbering/names for athletic purposes?
One of the most common questions we get is whether we do numbers and names for sports teams. Of course we do! In fact, one unique advantage of working with Outline Custom Apparel is that we utilize screen printing instead of vinyl design for maximum authenticity and quality.
Can I mix shirt sizes?
Of course, you can order as many shirt sizes as you like. We are here to help!
Can I print on a shirt that isn’t listed here?
We list the most common types of shirts on our websites, but the truth is that we have a stunning 17,000 items in our online catalogue! Unfortunately, if you can’t find what you need in that selection, we may not be able to help.
When and how do I order?
Payment can be made using cash, check, or credit card. It should be noted that the payment must be received and cleared before the order is printed.
