What do I need to get started?
First and foremost, let us know what kind of artwork that you need so that we can really get started. We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PNG, PDF) for maximum quality with high resolution and 300 DPI minimum. If this isn’t possible - don’t worry! We can still help, but we have to admit that it may affect overall quality.
If you have any questions whether it comes to your design, converting files, or other questions, don’t hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.
What is DTG (direct-to-garment)?
Direct to garment utilizes inkjet technology to spray the ink directly on garments. The technology has existed since 1996, and the industry is continually growing.
What is the turnaround time?
If you have a DTG or embroidery order, and we have the item in stock: there’s a good chance that we can have your order printed within 24-48 hours. We can often order what isn’t in the shop by the next day. For your screenprinting needs, please allow a turnaround time of 10-14 days.
What are the setup fees?
For full colors no minimum: There are no setup fees.
Embroidery: We charge by area size for embroidery, but not by design.
Screen printing: Contact us, because the setup fees depend on the amount of colors.
